IVC/IBC for patient with overdose?!?? sm... - Lotus

Dictating "She will remain on the (s/l) IVC that was taken out on her previously and have a 1:1 sitter."
Also earlier in dictation said, "had (s/l) IVC treatment previously at another facility for her history of overdose."
s/l IVC, IBC, RBC. This patient is in for overdose and not the first attempt. Just trying to get her stable, etc. No other issues that they are working on besides her lab numbers.

I swear to all that is holy, this is what this less-than-stellar PA just dictated: "The patient IS a high-risk gestational trophoblastic disease..." I went back and listened thinking I must have heard wrong and she said patient HAS ... Nope. She said IS. This is the same PA who dictated a creatinine of 92 for someone.
