My account is verbatim, except under any section dealing with diagnoses, in which case, the acronyms/abbreviations need to be expanded. My question is, under discharge diagnoses, this dr. has dictated "ETOH intoxication." Does this need to be expanded to exactly what "ETOH" means or is "alcohol intoxication" or even "ETOH intoxication" doable? Thanks for your help! ...
