Hello coleagues,
After a lengthy period of unemployment partly due to disability, I finally landed a job with a respectable MTSO. I splurged today and bought the PC and necessary peripherals along with wireless Internet, which works great. I am a little short fiscally this month, though, so one of their requirements I am going to have trouble fulfilling is having a working copy of MS Word 2003/07/10 on my machine.
I respect MS a lot and I am NOT into "stealing" software, but is it going to be possible for me to download the 60-day trial of MS Word 2010 and use it with the program? Then, when the time is up, I can buy it online? By that time, I will have the earnings accumulated to do so.
I don't see how a trial copy of MS Word from the MS website is any different functionally than what you'd buy at a computer store so I think/hope it works...Does anyone have any comments? Again, I am not thrilled to have to do this, but it is out of necessity. Any comments? Would it probably work?
THANKS!
I don't think there is anything unethical about it as long as it's not for the purposes of abuse, etc. It's not like steeling or pirating or anything like that! I'll let you know how it pans out. THANKS
