This patient's been on many different medications. My psychiatrist dictates: "He essentially has had multiple AB AB trials showing a salutary effect." I can't document "AB AB" anywhere, but he is clearly dictating that. Is "AB AB" correct? Thank you very much - most appreciated.

I've looked online and the ones I've found (normal, present, active, positive) just don't sound like what the doctor is saying.
