Does anyone seem to know where I keep getting this virus from, Exploit:Win32/Pdfjsc.CR. My system cleans this out every day and it is driving me nuts. Thank you!

Exploit:Win32/Pdfjsc.CR is the detection for a malicious PDF file that exploits the vulnerability discussed in CVE-2007-5659. Upon execution, Exploit:Win32/Pdfjsc.CR runs a JavaScript that attempts to download and execute arbitrary files from remote servers.

PREVENTION:
Take the following steps to help prevent infection on your system:

1. Use up-to-date PDF document viewing software.
2. Enable a firewall on your computer.
3. Get the latest computer updates for all your installed software.
4. Use up-to-date antivirus software.
5. Use caution when opening attachments and accepting file transfers.
6. Use caution when clicking on links to Web pages.
7. Avoid downloading pirated software.
8. Protect yourself against social engineering attacks.
9. Use strong passwords.
10. Use up-to-date PDF document viewing software.

This malware exploits known vulnerabilities in Adobe Acrobat and Reader. Install the updates available from the vendor so that your software is no longer affected by these vulnerabilities.
