Desperate for help with DocQScribe issues - LK

For almost a year now, I've had problems with DocQScribe off and on, fortunately only about 10% of the time I'm on it. But when these problems hit, they are so severe I can't work. DocQScibe "sticks", won't back up, and the audio keeps playing even when I take my foot off the pedal. It cuts my ability to produce to less than half, as I'm wrestling with DocQScribe more than transcribing. NOBODY has been able to help me with this. I've talked to numerous MQ techs who have said it's this, that, or the other thing, and nothing they have suggested works. Finally, the last time I talked to MQ support, the tech said they don't know what they problem is or really what to do about it.
Has anybody else out there who has had this problem (and I know others have it) had any success with anything? I'm getting to the point where I may need to quit because this is impacting my production so much. By the way, I don't work for MQ - I work for a small company that leases DocQScribe from MQ, and I love working there, but hate the DocqScribe problems and don't know if I can continue to live with this.

[ In Reply To ..]I have had the exact same issues, but I do not fight it. I stop what I am doing and reboot my entire system. That usually makes things work right again. I refuse to fight the problem and lose money. We have lost enough at the Q without technical problems too!
Only had that problem when I had McAfee - virus scan.

[ In Reply To ..]I've changed anti-virus twice, have had McAfee and now Microsoft Security. It didn't change anything. I've also heard that some people have problems with Kapersky. I don't think the anti-virus is the problem, as I've tried a couple different ones.
Help with DocQScribe issues - Editor
[ In Reply To ..]Hi, DocQScribe hangs and audio won't stop sometimes when I perform ADT search. I hope same thing happens with you. The account I am doing, when I search the ADT of no ADT is found with DOB, DocQScribe hangs.
The solution I found is to wait till the DocQScribe plays the whole dictation till end, it automatically reverts back.

Well, she just called me and told me that she just got a call from them this morning offering her a job anyway, which she respectfully declined. My company is switching from straight transcription on DQS to ASR on DQS. I've used DQS for two years and didn't even know they had ASR, but apparently they do. Could any of you with experience on this please give me your opinions of the DQS ASR platform? I'm just not sure I want to go through training if I won't want to stay with this company. My account was switched over 5 weeks ago and truthfully I don't see improvement. One day I think maybe it is getting better and the next day it's worse.
