I think this was posted not to long ago but not sure. Can anyone give me ANY tips for how they stay focused during their shift and meet line counts? I have such trouble meeting mine and I actually only have to do 150 lph due to not being 100% SR. I find I work way better when I work 1 hour at a time or maybe just 2 and am done. If I work only 1 hour straight I tend to do over 200 lph. I wish I could work like that through the week. Sitting for hours and hours makes me slow down after the first hour or 2. I also have a toddler running around sometimes. I tried the headphones that are for MTs, Wordslingers, I believe. They were like 50$ and go over the ear. They plug in through a USB port. I did not like them at all. They sounded the same or worse than my cheap ear buds I use. I contacted the company and wanted a refund but got no answer back. So waste of $. What headphones do you all use and does anyone know a good pair that really will block out background noise? Even if they are pricey?? By background noise I mean if someone is talking in the same room or a tv is on nearby. And any tips for production would be great, staying focused. One of the hardest things about this job I feel lol. thanks.
