What happens when you make 100% QA, less than 10% QC but your lines are under 100 LPH and not on the grid? Let's say you had all that and was at 90 C-LPH....is that still 7 cpl then? Thanks!

I believe there are line ranges. The first is 0-100, then 100-110, then 110-120, etc. If you did 100% QA, less than 10% QC, but your lines are under 100 LPH, then your line rate would be at the top of the first column on the grid (top of Tier 0 column)... although looks like most of that column is the same rate regardless of QA score.

0.070 is when you fail to meet all three criteria.

At least that is what I understand by looking at the grid.

if the QA% score was between 0.00% and 99.00% and your C-LPH is 0-100. If the QA% score is 100% you are at the top of the QA% column for 99.90% to 100.01%. Then you would just go across until you are at your C-LPH range to find your cpl rate. In this case that would be the first column, Tier 0, which would be 0.08 cpl.

It's like Christmas morning..not knowing what you are getting but instead of just once a year its every week!!!!!! I wait with anticipation...its Christmas every week now!!! Lol

So after anguishing over this new pay grid I began crunching numbers. If I continue with my average line count which is around 170 lph and fall off the grid I will be making $12.75 ph. If I send more than the QC% of 10% I will make 11.90. So worst case scenario is $11.90 ph at this point. An email was sent to QC stating that even though we are pretty much just doing a second pass editing job now and on production only, it was stated they still expect us to send feedback to MLS. So instead of using Fiesa for its intended purpose we are suppose to go back to sending feedback emails. If you look at the pay grid, N actually pays LESS for having a high QC% than for having a low QA score. How does that make any sense? They would rather having us submitting reports to the client with possible errors than sending things to QC. It's all about the production! ...
