Would seem a little suspicious that I am Tier 3 and make a decent line rate. Looks like my handwriting on the wall. Have been just typing away, trying not to draw any attention to myself, work my shift, no griping about anything. Doesn't matter. Whoever will do it the cheapest gets the work.

Why dont you have primary anymore? - present to the indians?

What area are you in? I am a tier 3 also, and like you, I keep to myself. I am getting very worried though. Have not had too much NJA but think it is coming.

Don't ya just hope they get Spheris with the thought that we can get some of their accounts to work on. Wishful thinking, I know.

to make even more money, which means even more work to go offshore. Dont look for any good news to come out of a buy-out. Really, you've got to take off the rose-colored glasses. Keep in mind who has controlling interest in MQ, it's an Indian company.

company? On April 14th? Sounds like an odd time for a contract to be up. I suspicioned it went to India. It was a really decent account.

Happened to me a long time ago. At least you're smart enough to see what's going on. Sooner or later it will hit everyone making a decent line rate. If it were me, I'd consider my options. Good luck whatever you decide.

If I do decide to change, how much trouble is it to get the equipment you need? I have never had to shop for C-phone or whatever. Worked 20 years on site and then 6 for Q. I may have to post for help ya'll!

I lost my wonderful account and all in all lost 4 in a row. As soon as I got used to each one CCM said it was gone. I was also tier 3 with a very good line rate and many years with the company. Good luck.

I was reading below about the TAA. I have less and less work. I have had NJA all this week, never ran out at this time of year before. Last time they blamed it on the storms on the East Coast. My pay is continually going down, especially after the previous pay decrease, and now NJA. My primary account that I've had for 7 years has basically disappeared. When I inquire about the reports from this account I get no answers. Am I supposed to be satisfied with accounts I know nothing about, accounts that I asked to be removed from my work pool, just to have work available. SHEESH! I know 2 other MTs who have noticed the same thing. We have not had a single post audit on our primary accounts but let us do 5 reports on our secondaries and we'll get audited on it. We presume they do that trying to "get you" to keep you from getting the bonus for QA. I was wondering if anyone is getting to work on their primary accounts at all? Each and every report I have been getting is a new account, new work type, new dictators, etc. I leave work just about every day with a horrible headache because of being stressed over having to look up account specs, sample reports to make sure I'm formatting them correctly or trying to figure out what's been said. and I made a whopping $7/hour. They gave me a physician that, obviously, no one wants. Lots of work on the system from him. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.
