Pretty funny. Nuance is not only failing its employees. Consumer Affairs' overall satisfaction rating is 1 out of 5 stars! Various complaints from software/hardware failure to customer support (mostly customer support). A few comments in there from clients saying Nuance has no real competitors so consumers are forced to use them and that they are more overly driven by money and could care less about clients. Oh yeah, and that customer service reps can't speak English! Love it.
