No reply to email, 9 days and counting - Mega-frustrated

Don't you just love it. We're supposed to be sitting here with one foot in the air, ready to reply immediately to any e-mails sent out by our managers, but apparently what's good for the goose isn't good for the minions.

9 days ago I e-mailed my boss, her boss, AND the person in HR who handles our group, letting them know of an impending situation for which I am going to need some time off.

Can you hear the crickets chirping? I can, and that's all I can hear.

Because they managed to eat up a lot of other MTSOs who fall for their and in turn now they have too many employees to keep up with, JMO.

I've already replied to the 467 other e-mails answering the exact same question.

I have a good friend who works for Nuance (former Transcend MT). Her mother died and they told her to take as long as she needed. Wonder why when she went to go back to work after her mother's burial, there was a termination letter waiting for her? No call/no show. Fortunately, she had saved the original letter where they had given her time off and sent it back to them with ?. They apologized profusely of course, but I wonder if she had not saved that letter what would have happened? They sound like right bastards to work for.

You see that proves it right there how this pukeance of a company is poorly managed. They gobble up all the MTSOs and now they have so many employees that they cannot keep track of what they are doing.

Do a "forward" with your old one and put "Re-sending" at the top. - I do this a lot.

I don't care anymore if it might be considered rude or pushy or not. Also, my TSM said one of my e-mails ended up in her spam folder, so that's also a possibility of why you haven't received a reply and thus another reason to "re-send."

First, I agree, why do people reply all. BUT, why does DH and others in management position send out blanket emails to everyone - tit for tat I guess. Working for years with TT/Imedx, and I don't want to keep hearing about what others are not doing regarding TAT, etc. I do my work and am on time and work full shifts. Medical transcription is truly a bizarre world. I have worked for major companies and small ones too, and NEVER have I seen such a crazy lot. PS - have YOU used up your PTOs ...

Ok, so I heard some great things about ScribeRight so I sent them my resume via their website.
