Reply to my resignation.... - My time for free....

After all the Fiesa I have reviewed for free...all the ! emails I have read and responded to immediately for free....all the time I have spent checking my email for a response to an email I sent, never to hear a response, for free....all the reversals I have requested on my own time....all the time I spent just last Christmas alone checking for work that never came ...the countless hours I have spent waiting for work and coming back to check over and over again.....the time I have spent switching back and forth between accounts hoping for work on one of them.....and I can't be 1 day shorrt of 2 weeks when I am quitting without a threat of I cannot be considered for rehire?

I have been an MT for 17 years. I am a responsible adult. I have done really good work for this company. Just a sorry you are leaving note would have sufficed.

Gave this place several years of my life, countless weekends/holidays and all the extras they asked for, and they didn't even have the class or decency to wish me well on leaving. As soon as you resign, they either get nasty or act like you don't exist. You really get to see who they are under the mask when you let them know the jig is up and you're done working for peanuts and making sacrifices they'll never appreciate. Let them squawk. They're just upset they no longer have power over you.

They will never change. They are angry and bitter that so many are leaving for a better life and those that are getting calls to come back are telling them where to go. They can't find anyone to work for them as the word is getting out what a deceitful, hellish, POS company they really are. I hope to get out within the next few weeks. The work is flying out of the cues because there is no work for QC and they are grabbing ours. Everyone is guessing so their pay won't get docked by sending over 10% to them. They are turning us against each other and they just sit back and reap the rewards. It is disgusting and sickening and I won't play this wicked game anymore. I hope they crash and burn. When they do, I will have a glass of wine and laugh until my stomach hurts. Karma is priceless.

Thank you for the funny and epic example of what we are dealing with! It's funny in a ha-ha way but at the same time so sad. That which doesn't kill us... I've been trying to laugh through my tears for the last month and always say if I didn't have a sense of humor, I'd be a puddle in the corner. Can tell you're gonna stride through and every little thing is gonna be alright!

The AA accidentally replied back to the owner on that same email chain and forgot to delete my name so it was sent to me too, stating she was "ticked off" that I quit, that they had done "so much for me" and basically that it was my fault because I didn't communicate to them that I didn't have enough work. Ok, so I heard some great things about ScribeRight so I sent them my resume via their website.
