A community of 30,000 US Transcriptionist serving Medical Transcription Industry
My point having been made in 2 short weeks, I will no longer be hanging out on this board.
Nuance, in its attempts to hide its egregious activities with certain employees, has infiltrated this board and it is no longer truly a community of US medical transcriptionists, but has become what could more aptly be called, "A company opportunity to do damage control for all POTENTIAL new employees about what the former employees said when they quit."
The board can, however, still serve a valuable pupose so long as all employees of any company read this and understand exactly what goes on here. People posing (or maybe really are) attorneys at law calling out people for POTENTIAL slander and liable? How much more egregious can a company be than to use a public forum to try and cover their tracks? Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. And to think, there are only a couple of people in their HR department and COM positions that are responsible for all the bad things said here! Seems to me, ESQ, that you might better see about ridding Nuance of those people and save yourself the lawsuits they POTENTIALLY will bring upon this organization. Let them stand before the stockholders and defend their actions against SCORES of wronged employees, okay?
