Anyone else get an email from Kevin Dooley and associates re: Transcend lawsuit? It's so hard to remember dates and everything from his questionaire sent.

had trouble before with downloading service packs from Microsoft, I'm not going that route. I did contact the highlighted email address in the middle of the letter and told them I could not open it. Don't know if that helps you any.

sent me a file that could be opened. So, just notify them if you cannot open the file. I have not filled it out yet but will. Some of the phrases that they use in it are hauntingly familiar of my old ROM who used. I thought I had repressed those ugly memories but they came right back.

I copied the questionnaire and put it into Word and then I could respond to all the questions. Otherwise, it's a read file and won't let you respond.

In the end they offered me $100 in training materials.

You know what I told them? "I came to the job trained I don't need any training materials. You stole cash out of my paycheck with your shifty line counting, how about you send me cash?"

What a joke that was. But MQ made millions from that little shell game.

Fighting Nuance would be just the same as the current Transcend Lawsuit. For those who are not involved, the latest news did not look good. I was never this depressed when I worked for Transcend.
