Better pay would be the obvious answer but I think Nuance would be a better place if there were not so many levels of management and maybe 1-2 go-to people who do not spew Nuance phoney-baloney corporatese talk and have a true understanding of what the MT faces in order to make a decent living. I resent all the levels of management who I figure do not work as hard as I do and take away from increased pay for the MT
I also believe the MT should get a yearly increase to show appreciation for years of service. Tired of stupid incentive bonuses that have so many clauses in them no once can achieve a bonus and you need a CPA and lawyer to figure out exactly what is necessary to achieve bonus.
