Too many MTs on an account now that almost all of it is VR and shipped off overseas?
Nuance COULD choose to lay us off (honorably) and eliminate a bunch of sassy MTs that have been around the block too many times to be run off with the trickery and disrespectful planted errors (that actually do compromise patient care and encourage medical malpractice claims).
Honestly. I.N.T.E.G.R.I.T.Y. starts at the top. Stop lying when you acquire these new clinc MTs. They will NOT all have jobs, they will NOT all be making the same money (for very long). They will NOT all get to be morphed into acute care along the way.
At the other end of this company, with I.N.T.E.G.R.I.T.Y: You know us old dogs you want out so badly because, well...because we have been with Nuance and treated so condescendingly over the years as to be nothing but sassy right back? (You sure know who we are. We know who we are also).
Just lay us off the legal way, Nuance. Fix it so that we can draw unemployment when we go (better yet, pay us the back pay we're entitled to because of the "planted errors" tomfoolery of the past 3 years (that same tomfoolery that caused production to stoop soooo low even when we had alot of work). We would leave. Believe me, we don't want to be here any worse than you really want us here. But we are STUCK.
We're just stuck with each other until you begin to conduct yourselves with I.N.T.E.G.R.I.T.Y.
On this end we're stuck with food stamp wages and borrowed cash for toilet paper while you are stuck with QCs having to do MT work in order to make a living and MTs starving because the QCs are stealing all the good jobs. (Those that aren't actually off-shored).
Wow, what a mess. I.N.T.E.G.R.I.T.Y. could solve so much. I keep spelling it out here, because your mid- and low-level HR hacks just really do not seem to even know what this is.
