I know this is late, but I was just released from the hospital, so forgive me. I was one of the "fortunate" ones who got the Surprise! letter with accompanying gift. In the letter, it goes on to say how much I'm appreciated for my dedicated service, I bring expertise to medical documentation and that they "just couldn't do it without me." Here's the thing.....I got this a week after I was FIRED!!!!! In fact, it came the same day as my termination letter, hahahaha. What a bunch of touchholes these people are.

Post it notes of different sizes in a case. It would be really cool if the case didn't say Nuance on it, haha.

Oh my gosh! Almost the exact same thing happened to me! I got their little post-it note gift with probably the same exact letter a week after I quit. They apparently never appreciated us so much as when we left! hahahhahaha

For the last week, I have been getting a vast quantiy of ESL dictators. Boy has my line count plummeted. I cannot understand them. Most of them whisper while dictating. Here's a thought --- SPEAK UP. Hard to maintain line count and accuracy when you cannot hear or understand them. Why should I care if they don't? It just keeps getting worse and worse. Why do companies overhire?? Why? One minute your drowning in work and willing to work extra to get it under control but then they overhire and you have NO work and having to fight over work with everyone else. It is ridiculous.
