Are mammograms and Pap smears covered with this insurance? - Wondering...

I am guessing that they are part of the 2500 dollar deductible, right?

couldn't show everything in dense breasts. It didn't pay for that (it went to deductible) and it was almost $300.00. Also, any lab work you have on that routine visit goes into deductible too. I know you just asked about mammograms and Paps, but I just wanted to make you aware. Sorry if I butted in.

I had the same thing happen and ultimately it was okay (this was back when I had good insurance through my husband and did not have to pay extra). If that happened again I would know something was wrong, but would not be able to follow up since it would be prohibitively expensive, so why find out at all? I believe maximum out of pocket with Obamacare is $6000 per year, which still sounds like a lot, but to put a cap on these things and have reasonable co-pays might make the difference where I now will get the "free" one and anything else might be at least somewhat affordable.

i had a job interview with Transportal's recruiter this past week and one of the things she mentioned is the fact that they will require ICs to purchase Errors and Omissions insurance.
