Anyone read the Link - skimmed it

If we are SO important to the care and safety of patients, then why has my pay been cut more than 50%--4 years ago it was 40% and then when bought by Nuance, it was cut again--not sure of the %.  

When speech started, does anyone think when our pay was cut that these companies starting billling the clients less for the same work?  No, we get paid the less, the companies charge the same or more...more profits for them, less and less for us.

How am I supposed to want to do my job when I get a failed report for typing "of" instead of "for?"  Counted as a minor error at 0.5 point, but the report was short.  

How am I supposed to want to do my job when I get a failed report for typing "persistent" instead of "persisted?"  An error on my part, yes.  But, the report was short, so it scored 98.65%.  

The last time I changed, "The patient told," to "The patient said," dictated from an ESL, it was counted as an error.  

So, when another ESL said, "Significant of,"  instead of  signficant for, and I left if that way, I was marked off for not changing the grammar.
