[ In Reply To ..]There have been issues with the e-mail since they transferred it. Sometimes I'm able to get in, sometimes not. I finally received an e-mail today from the team lead telling us the accountcare loop isn't working, which means there are other technical difficulties as well. Hopefully, they'll get it together soon. By the way, the only mail that was transferred from the old system (in my case anyway) were those emails I left in my inbox. (This is for those who were told not to back up their emails).

[ In Reply To ..]Have you been able to change password for the new system? They gave us a "generic" password that gets us into the system to change/update information. It took me forever to get through that. The IT person who called me was very helpful. I didn't realize the new password was supposed to have a capital letter in it, so what I kept trying wasn't working. Once new password done, it's easy enough to get in to see email today. User name is whole email address, but in the set up to change things, it was just the name part, not whole address. Easy to get mixed up. I thought for sure I'd never make it without screaming. Take a break from it & try again. :)

[ In Reply To ..]After trying about 30 times last night and likewise this morning, I called George in India and he said many are having the problem and there is indeed a problem and they are working on it. So he took my name and # and said I'd should get a call back when it is fixed.
So no sense in continuing to try.
By the way it is your first initial and last name NOT Jsmith as the example shows.

Close 365 browser after change password - Crack
[ In Reply To ..]Call it first and five minutes later they call. U will go to link and log in and then change ur generic password they give. Then u do security answers and personal fone and addy. I got hung on entering pass and user in 365 office site. U must close ur 365office browswer and reopen, then put in just user of say fcked or jsmith with no @imed net etc just ur first ltr of first name and full last, then in pass pit ur pass u just changed. I was screamin mad until i just shut all browswers down and went to 365office link which can b found in this thread, then u get a hipaa email from dana etc

If we are SO important to the care and safety of patients, then why has my pay been cut more than 50%--4 years ago it was 40% and then when bought by Nuance, it was cut again--not sure of the %.
