Anyone else having trouble checking MQ e-mail? I keep getting an error message.

mine has been down since last evening. called this morning and tech said its global but he gave me a ticket number anyway. I just thought of something. Does global mean india also? lol

That is what I did. Of course, it is ranked a low priority which means they have 3 days to fix it. And how will they let me know they acknowledge there is a problem- send me an email. Which I won't get because the email system is down. Stupid. In a company that has terrible communication anyway for the email system to go down constantly is unbelievable. I hope there was nothing important sent out today.

For those of you not having problems you might be on Outlook as an MME. Us poor non MMEs have to deal with the MQ central email. I would rather have outlook.

Haven't had e-mail since yesterday afternoon and need to - send in QCare ticket, but

I don't remember my user name/password (lost my list somewhere when switching my last 5-or-so PC's). Of course, when I call support about that, they tell me I should send an e-mail to support (difficult to do, when that's the problem I want to send the QCare ticket about).

Has anyone ever had this error? The company I hired on with installed ES v 9 on my computer. For some reason error 372 popped up when he went to open ES. He tried a few things, but nothing worked. An error I see very often while doing QA, even though it has no impact on patient care, is a missing comma after the year on a full date, or missing comma after city and state. I'm not trying to nag, just trying to help because, when audited, the powers that be will ding you for this and laugh maniacally. Well, the head tech guy called today and remotely went on my computer, and he could not find a solution to this error coming up when opening Editscript v 9. It will not work, so I cannot work. As posted before, I had error 372 on opening Editscript version 9. Well, tech support couldn't fix it, escription couldn't fix it, so I fixed it. I did a system recovery where I basically just wiped everything off my computer and started all over. Vista was basically reinstalled and it was like it was when it was new. I reinstalled my antivirus and word. Then when tech support installed ES 9, it worked. ...
