Tearing my hair out - anon

Worst report ever!!!! Sound quality was pure crap.  I have NEVER had a report with so many blanks with a total of 65.  Sent to QA and wondering if they even tried to listen and fiill in any of  the blanks as they were all still there when I looked at it.  SISO.  How much worse can this dictatior get?  I did let my TSM know of this deplorable report.

Enough for ventiing. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There should be some place to report these doctors - sm

I keep sitting here with that stupid report on my mind and the feeling of failure. I have done this job for well over 20 years and how 1 job can reduce you to self-doubt and tears is apalling. Stressing out for what? Obviously, the dictator is not and yet I am supposed to be "perfect" when transcribing it. Wish I could find another job where I felt "safe."

Turn it around - anon2

You're not a failure. You must have done something right if you've been in this line of work for over 20 yrs. We've got way too many obstacles to contend with day in and day out in trying to do our jobs. We are not machines, we are fallible, and we have limits. What goes on in this industry is appalling and shameful. That is what big business is all about today. Do it for yourself, for your health and well-being - find that "safe" line of work where you'll be happy. Life is too short!!

Tearing your hair out - been there

Just curious - are you working accounts from the area? If so, I sympathize
