Innercircle password?

I was, in the past, able to get into InnerCircle using my first.last name and then my password. Now the screen just stays frozen on the Login screen. Does anyone know how to get in? I assume you need to be able to get into InnerCircle to do your 7.6 Fluency training...is this correct? Thanks very much. ...

I type my email address, then I type my password, same as Remedy, and it tells me wrong email address or PW. So, then I type just my name and Remedy PW and it just freezes up, nothing happens. Cant we get this fluency information and training through the Human Resources link like we used to..Human Resources..Learning..Training..or whatever. Any help is truly appreciated. I found out 2 things from support: 1. The support guy said that 90% of us have already done the password thing a long time ago. He said to go to DQManage, click on "my profile." You should see the question you set up. Yep, there it was. He said if it isn't there, you will get a pop-up when we log on to DQM. Surprise, I was made to feel like an idiot again yesterday. In the middle of the report the doc mumbled a drug so I went to look it up on an old report. I got a message that my password expired and to change it to continue. I did so. When I got back to the 77 line report, I got a 3 line error, not sure what it meant but I clicked okay.
