Innercircle Freezes Up - ea

I type my email address, then I type my password, same as Remedy, and it tells me wrong email address or PW.

So, then I type just my name and Remedy PW and it just freezes up, nothing happens.

Cant we get this fluency information and training through the Human Resources link like we used to..Human Resources..Learning..Training..or whatever.

Any help is truly appreciated. How did you all get into Innercircle?

Im off now until tomorrow and if I still cant get in, Im just gonna call tech support. Dont have the time or patience to deal with this stuff. Thanks for listening or helping if you can.

I was, in the past, able to get into InnerCircle using my first.last name and then my password. Now the screen just stays frozen on the Login screen. Does anyone know how to get in? Because of an illness earlier in the week, I'm behind on the Fluency Editor upgrade to version 7.6 and am just now getting around to it. Unforunately, I can't get into Innercircle with what I thought was my password. Are we using a generic password, or do we have to contact Support? ...

everyday around 9:30 am Kaspersky updates and everything freezes on my computer while it is updating. Anyone know ways around this. I called tech support and they said they can't change the time it updates. This drives me CRAZY! I can't do anything for about 10 minutes each morning because of this stupid thing. ARRRGGGG ...

Lately my cursor just freezes up - in the middle of my work, when writing e-mails, etc. All I can do is reboot - Have taken my mouse apart, cleaned it, but that does not seem to help. Any ideas? Thank you ...
