I was, in the past, able to get into InnerCircle using my first.last name and then my password. Now the screen just stays frozen on the Login screen. Does anyone know how to get in? I assume you need to be able to get into InnerCircle to do your 7.6 Fluency training...is this correct? Thanks very much.

I used my MModal email address and password. Yes, you do need to get in InnerCircle to do your upgrade. Hope this helps!

I had to end up calling tech support (which I avoid like the plague)because it just wouldn't accept my password. Too many passwords to keep track of, but I am now in. Thanks again.

I type my email address, then I type my password, same as Remedy, and it tells me wrong email address or PW. So, then I type just my name and Remedy PW and it just freezes up, nothing happens. Cant we get this fluency information and training through the Human Resources link like we used to..Human Resources..Learning..Training..or whatever. Any help is truly appreciated. How did you all get into Innercircle? Im off now until tomorrow and if I still cant get in, Im just gonna call tech ...
