New password and new ID - Anon

I found out 2 things from support:
1. The support guy said that 90% of us have already done the password thing a long time ago. He said to go to DQManage, click on "my profile." You should see the question you set up. Yep, there it was. He said if it isn't there, you will get a pop-up when we log on to DQM. The poor guy wasn't happy with the ridiculous instructions we were given.
2. Earlier today I had another problem and had to called Support. He asked for my ID number, which I gave him. My usual ID number. He said we all have new numbers that start with a 2, but that very few CCMs have given to the MTs. He looked mine up by my name. Did I miss something? Did y'all get new numbers? They're supposedly only used when contacting support, otherwise we use our normal IDs.

[ In Reply To ..]If you were hired before we changed payroll companies, you have an ADP number (ADP was the old payroll company). Our new payroll company is Ultipro and everyone was assigned an Ultipro number beginning with a 2. Up to now, you were allowed to login with your ADP number. And yes, if you don't know your Ultipro number, you can find it on your paystub or contact your CCM, RTL, or Support to get it.

My password is about to expire and for the life of me I can't figure out even from the DQS 7.1 manual how to change it. Can someone point me in the righ direction please? I'm completely lost. It says to log into DQM but when I do that it just opens up Fluency. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks. ...

Surprise, I was made to feel like an idiot again yesterday. In the middle of the report the doc mumbled a drug so I went to look it up on an old report.
