YOU HAVE TO REDICTATE THIS REPORT BECAUSE THE AUDIO IS SUCH CRAP THAT I COULD ONLY HEAR EVERY OTHER WORD AT BEST.
Seriously!
I have a 255s discharge summary right now and the static is SO bad that I can only hear every other word, and sometimes not even that much. How am I supposed to deal with that? We should not have to struggle through reports like this where the audio is the problem. There should be a way to kick it back to the client or something without even typing it because it's impossible!

Dont send to QA - you will be penalized

Would you send a report to QA for a discrepancy if there is a major drug reaction indicated in the report? Patient had angioplasty and stenting less than 1 year ago and is on Plavix. Dictator states that he is going to place him on Protonix for GERD. This is a major drug reaction.
