Getting no internet connection?

Has anyone recently started losing their internet connection for a split second while they are working? This just started last week and only when I am typing in Fluency. Is this happening to anyone else? ...

I have been working successfully for Softscript for the past 5 years via a dial-up internet connection. Recently, I have been having trouble downloading jobs; i.e., I can't do it.
