DQscribe/manage/MQcentral - uh-oh

I can't log in to DQscribe or Manage or MQ Central. I can get in to TeamWork though.

I finished a report about 25 minutes ago and it will not upload. Ended up abandoning the next job because ADT wasn't working either. Been on hold with support now for 20 minutes.

Finally got through to support - kms

after holding for an hour and 20 minutes and they have no idea when it will be fixed; said they've been working on it for more than 2 hours already. While on hold I had a message pop up from DQscribe saying that the report I uploaded (a long transcription report of course) failed to upload. Lovely.

Hello, Just an informal poll for all of us who can't access DocQscribe. Is Verizon your internet provider?

It's not Verizon as far as I can tell. I've been on the internet most of the night trying to stay awake. I have also rebooted my modem....wonder if they will use that as an excuse to try not to pay us for our down time?

When you call medquist, you get a recording that says you need to contact Verizon...so I did. Verizon has no clue. The problem is not with us, it's with Medquist, so why do we have to call Verizon ourselves?

The amount of time it took to call support and then call Verizon just to be told they have no clue at all, they could have made the prerecorded message something like, DocQscribe is experiencing technical difficulties at this time...we are currently working on the problem. I don't understand either why they gave us all the runaround, but yet again, we are talking about "The Q" here...so no surprise. I told my CCM that it was like talking to the wall. Even the support guys at the Q had no idea. Again with the lack of communication in this company!!!!

Specs for each account that seem completely random, pulled out of someone's ****, and it's always some small problem constantly. I spend more time checking specs than I do typing. I'll never get off QA at this rate. I would probably like the account if I could get past all this picky this, that and the other. Date of service or appointment is wrong, then you don't get a template pulled in and have to type it all by hand??? ...

I think some of these companies are pushing their luck. They either like you or they don't. Some of these tests are too easy. Some of them led me to believe I was applying for an internship after medical school. Does anyone else get XXX emails in their MQCentral email. I started getting it about 2 months ago and now everyday when I got in my email, I have at least 3 of emails to delete. I have accidentally deleted important emails because of this. I called support when it first happened as I saw it as a HIPPA infraction as I had assumed that MQCentral was a secure website. He told me that someone with my Medquist email address in their computer looks as these sites and that is how I've been getting ...

This is ridiculous. We are told that to get the measley 15 mins on our time for NJA to get ticket, send Email and put in Schedule Source timesheet alert to manager message. Do NOT stay logged in to check for jobs. Now quite frankly half the time I cannot even get QCare to come up, and definitely MQCentral on the My Community part is asinine acting.
