Wondering if everyone still uses just Google, or have you found something better? Curious to know!

I do not miss google at all (except at work I use GoogleMT). but we don't use facebook, either.

Love the refinement options it has, which allows you to search across specific subsets of websites. For personal use, I go with Google. For those who don't have this, just type "Medical Transcription Word Seeker" in Google and it's the first result on there!

On Drugs.com's website, over to the left you'll see a section for medical transcriptionists. Very handy!

I am not sure what's going on of late, but I don't seem to get relevant search results when I use G. I search for a medical word, but get results from sites that have nothing to do with medicine. I end up questioning the credibility of these search results and have to research more. Needless to say, I've been losing money spending so much more time researching words. How do you search anything on here anymore? If I want to check past posts on a particular company, etc.? Did they do away with that? If so I don't think that was a great idea. I like to be able to look up info here by doing searchs of old posts first to see if my questions were already answered. I don't want to waste someones time if they just answered the same question last week, etc. Can I still do a search and if so how? Thanks! ...

I have downloaded Google Chrome. I have used the Google quick search box on my former computer. I am having trouble locating this for my new computer. What you do is tap the control keep twice, and a very small search box appears on the middle of your screen so you don't have to access anything with the mouse. Dont care who gets the reports to fix them but Im done..Takes too long to look in docqmanage to figure out who algekafhj, PAC is...too long to find you exact wording for your stupid closures...I am convinced that as long as we send them through QA and the doctor himself doesnt have to fix it, IT WILL NEVER CHANGE...Slow their day down a bit, they dont seem to mind slowing my money down... ...
