MTSOs: Why do none of you ever address the problem - dictators? Why? sm

These people who slur through the lab values and other basics that we have to be so careful of, and hardly any of you ever have the guts to contact the facility and address the problem. Why? Are you sucking up to the clients to get and keep the business and you don't wish to rock the boat at all and risk losing the account?
I hope you realize that makes it much more difficult for us and makes more work for your QA people who have to waste time taking on that job to clarify lab values and other words. Costs you more money to pay the QA people, or wastes your time to do it yourself.
Common sense, people. Know it, use it, it is your friend.

Haven't you seen there are 1000 applications for every job posting? Why would they take a chance of losing an account when there are hundreds of us idiots lined up to take the place of the ones who have left. They certainly don't care about the patients. The doctors can make critical errors all day and all night long because one of us poor cyberspace slobs will save their sorry butts every single time. QA is either paid hourly or by how many reports they can crank out as well. They're just like the police who have to meet their quota of traffic tickets every month. Wake up. There is no-one to stand up for us. Sorry for such a harsh vent. Really bad night.
