Last week I asked what you all thought was a fair hourly rate for a one-doctor clinic MT. I went to the interview on Tuesday. The job ad was for a "medical records transcriptionist." I really wish I understood the logic behind paying 4 cpl for VR as opposed to 8 for straight typing. Do these people think it takes us exactly half the time?
