DocQScribe platform help - just start PT job using it

Didn't get a manual with instructions only a sheet with a few of the Ctrl keys listed. Is there a hotkey for the Upload tab. Also, how do you copy and paste in DocQScribe. Is it the same keys as MS Word? TIA

Ctrl U to upload the job. Copy and paste same as Word. I believe there is a list of hot keys within the program. Under help go to commands.

F1 when you're in a document should help. The keys for uploading a job are Ctrl+upload. Copy/paste is pretty universal, but one thing. Be very careful--do NOT paste anything from DQM into a document. HIPAA laws or something.

I'm unclear as to why you would need to copy/paste, unless you don't have your expansion file set up yet. Even still, with ASR, I don't much bother with inserting large blocks of text from my expansion file.

Thought I would try some of you tecchies out there before hasseling with whatever (if any) tech support DocQscribe has. I am trying to download DQS on my spiffy new machine and getting message "write params failed!" Any idea how to fix this? In the meantime it is back to windows XP and my trusty 10-year-old Dell. *sigh*. Thanks so much in advance for your help! ...

My company is switching from straight transcription on DQS to ASR on DQS. I've used DQS for two years and didn't even know they had ASR, but apparently they do. Could any of you with experience on this please give me your opinions of the DQS ASR platform? I'm just not sure I want to go through training if I won't want to stay with this company. I did Escription for awhile at another company and hated it. Thanks in advance! ...

My account was switched over 5 weeks ago and truthfully I don't see improvement. One day I think maybe it is getting better and the next day it's worse. I tried to get DocQScribe to load from the DocQManage page for over an hour and finally had to send in a ticket. Is anyone else having this kind of trouble with the system. It showed a green light on DEP. This is getting rediculous. I could not work my scheduled shift on Sunday because there were no jobs available (but incentive stayed in place).
