Transform Scam? - Stepford MT

Is anybody else going through this? Transform used to be a great company, been there for years making good pay, good accounts. Lately they have just insituted this fancy new "pay" system where our base pay has been decimated but we get to make up some of it up by jumping through all these hoops, like typing more than 1000 lines gets you a percentage increase (percentage of what), using typing keyboard "shortcuts" gets you more crumbs here and there. In the end we really don't know what our pay is going to be above our base rate. In our paychek there is no explaination of what our pay is really based on. This is a lawsuit in the making I think. Love to hear if anybody else has this "system" and how much money they are losing. There is no accoutability to the MTs and no way to contest your pay if you think you've been shorted since it is now based on so many of these variables. A brand new way to get screwed by the MTSOs it looks like.

[ In Reply To ..]I hear ya. They won't break down the pay even if you ask for it. As for the "mystery" bonus, mine just keeps going down even if you work weekends when you aren't asked to! How about the same pay per line whether you type a full report or edit it? That really stinks. I spent half an hour typing a long report when I could have edited three in that amount of time all for the same line rate. Blech!
New payscale - (sm)
[ In Reply To ..]My accounts have been moved onto the new payscale as well. I was less than thrilled at first, but now I can't really complain. I am actually making slightly more money now than I was before and I don't feel like I am working as hard.
I took advantage of the mentoring that is available and got some tips to get my keyboard efficiency and production up. There's also a listing available to us of every job we do and the breakdown of the pay, as well as an email addressed staffed just for helping people understand their new payscale.
It's a huge change, but I think it's a good one. You do have to put in the effort, though.

There's no such person, no such TV station. If you look closely, top of screen has word ADVERTORIAL on status line.
