Transform in Nevada...questions - Rosie

Does anyone know what platform Transform in Nevada uses, what their cpl rate is and if they pay for spaces based on a 65-character line? Do you have to work a set schedule? Would appreciate any info you can give me. Thanks so much.

There is not enough work there so if you need a regular paycheck I would keep looking. The pluses are that they are fairly flexible in scheduling, pay for spaces, and easy to work for. The no work thing is the only reason I am leaving them.

There are several companies with the name Transform...not sure if it is the same company, but I don't think it is. There is one in Nevada, Colorado and I think one other state, but can't remember where.

The company USED to be awesome, one of the best ever to work for, and I was ready to stick with them for the rest of my MT career. However, the dynamics have changed drastically over the past 1-1/2 years, both managerial and platform wise. They went to MModal VR in 2009. They merged with MD-IT in 2010, and the MTs were able to get medical, dental, etc. in 2011 finally. They lost a big account in 2011 and that created a big layoff with several other accounts losing volumes as well. A program called Dragon Epic is causing this to happen.
Their pay is above average for SR and they are pretty flexible with their schedules, but several people abuse this feature. Having no work is a common issue this year. The pool is open for people to pick whatever job they want, so cherrypicking is a Huge problem even though management tries to nip it, enforcing the "take from the top" rule.

I guess Transform is now part of MD-IT? Anyone have recent experience working with Transform? Is anybody else going through this? Transform used to be a great company, been there for years making good pay, good accounts. Lately they have just insituted this fancy new "pay" system where our base pay has been decimated but we get to make up some of it up by jumping through all these hoops, like typing more than 1000 lines gets you a percentage increase (percentage of what), using typing keyboard "shortcuts" gets you more crumbs here and there. Transform out of Wyoming - their clinical account out of Montana - one of their oldest, largest accounts. Anyone notice on Monday mornings and afternoon there is little to no work? Tuesday mornings just a little, can run out even? I've also noticed other days the amount seems to be down. Work doesnt seem to start coming in until around 5 EST.
