Transcend - not making minimums

I've been at Transcend now since Dec 20th. My line counts are pathetic. It's not because of lack of work. No, it is speed. I cannot get any speed at all. For my hours, I have made less than min wage. When working on Editscript, I got a lot more lines per hour than this, 250-400 editing according to the dictator but never under 250. On BeyondTXT it is way below that, not exactly sure how much. Nuance is at it again. Yesterday HR sent out a memo outlining the production minimums to keep your job. Today I was notified by my TL that I was 6 lines per hour short of the minimum that I am on a performance review for the next 2 weeks to raise it or else it sounds like, I have until the end of the pay period. Just have to ask, how much ASR do you do? Are you able to fly through at high speed without going back to proof and still getting strong audit?
