I have been reading Steve Jobs' bio -- the more I read, the more I like who he was, what he stood for. Anyhow, this just STRUCK me -- from the ad campaign when Jobs returned to Apple, written, in part, by him:
"Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. The guy did what he needed to do to get to the top, don't kid yourself. He stole ideas from Xerox in the early days and took credit for them. I-Pods and I-Phones are made in China by workers, many of them young children, under substandard conditions. So much for being a man of integrity.

Whatever you think of Steve Jobs he was a very interesting person and I really liked him. He did nothing more than what other business men do and will always continue to do. I spent time in India and other third world countries and if you think children arent in those factories, think again. Dont forget it is all about the buck. I think the saying for most CEOs, etc should be whatever it takes. That is going on around the world not just here and not just Steve Jobs. He was most assuredly his own person.

READ MY POST AGAIN! I did not say he was a man of integrity. I merely said he was interesting! I liked his ideas -- he was a rebel..he dared to march to his own drum beat. The quote I posted is the reason I joined the lawsuitl.

If the situations that brought on the lawsuit do not apply to you, then why waste your time here?
IMHO, humans have a habit of acting human and being imperfect. Steve Jobs may not have been perfect. But his philosophy does apply to us.
One of the points of filing a lawsuit is to redefine our own human worth and not allow other humans to stomp us down, as they will when allowed to do so.

I just emailed the law office. I was one who had a really rough time and pretty much went broke while waiting for work and ended up leaving after 3 months of hell. Long story short, I have everything still, including all emails and will be forwarding them ASAP.

There are many many more out there including hourly employees who could be involved but are afraid of losing their job.
