Timesheets, Imedx, and Whine (Happy Valentine) - Tablesaw

Predict your work in total for a day, say 4 hours total over 12 hours, and plug that in with just one punch in and one punch out. It actually is really neat how the new program gives exact details, something I have always wanted. No whine today, or this weekend, plz.

Keep the timesheet open, click the punch in button when you have a job. As long as jobs are coming through, stay punched in. If jobs stop, I punch out & then punch back in when the next job comes up. It may mean sitting here (or doing things around the house) waiting for work sometimes, but this system will tell you when you've hit 8 hours. If you work a straight 8 hours, the system will automatically deduct half an hour, so should stay punched in for 8-1/2 hrs to get your actual 8 hours work. You won't see individual minutes to select your exact time to start & end. It goes in 15-minute sections of time.

We've received several emails from DG telling us to "remember, you're only supposed to be clocking in when your hands are on the keys."

People - here is your opportunity to take imed to the cleaners in lawsuits. Our job is much more than just typing a report. I keep a very detailed work log and if I spent 15 minutes replying to emails or 10 minutes trying to locate a patient, that's not typing, but it's still a part of my job according to imedx.

Bring on the lawsuits. This is EXACTLY what the girls at Transcend sued over and it's EXACTLY what everyone should be bringing to light with their labor boards. Only until we speak up and actually DO SOMETHING about it, will anything change.

Personally, I'm hoping like he// that the recent hacks into the health insurance companies, etc., will open the eyes of our gov't and STOP this deluge of MT work going overseas.

Is anyone else having trouble seeing their timesheet this new pay period? When I click on timesheets, it only shows one day at a time with no option that I can see to see the whole pay period. No one on this board seems to give specifics when they get canned from IMEDX. So my question is this: Can each person who got laid off/fired let us know more details. Were you PT or full time, did they call or did they email, did you have options, or just firing. How many lines did you do per day. I've been at TTS for almost 3 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about TTS. I never have to guess what TTS expects from me, and I do my best to deliver that on a consistent basis. I am a seasoned (25+ years) transcriptionist who has recently found this site and like it thus far. I have been looking for supplemental income. I was laid off as an MT a couple of months ago.
