SOAP and Care Tech - nn

Forewarning and forearming on these two companies.  SOAP subcontracts  to Care Tech  -- HEAVY, heavy ESLs and I have 30+ years experience  -- I got hired three weeks ago, started last week and the transcription manager of Care Tech, was "on and off" with school, days off so on and so forth.  Thursday, I got the first NASTY virus of my "computer days"  -- Ezula  - it embeds on a toolbar  -- I think coupon stuff.  Anyway, I tried to "clock in"  -- nada, tried to do this with the system  -- nada  - that's when I realized it was a virus.  Called the transcription manager and after four hours got a response but in the meantime, get an email, stating that she has resigned. 

I spent all day Thursday Frday and part of Saturday, getting my computer up to and running.  I sent an email to the "team manager" with NO response to my computer status.  I then sent an email regarding QA dings -- punctuation, etc  -- she became NASTY.  i worked today got an email "contact so and so" -- which after three emails and no response -- locked out of their system.  As a side note, an email from a "manager from their Blackberry"  HOW PROFESSIONAL!!!!!
