The company I work for is decent, as far as MTSOs go. Pay is better than most but still crappy IMO. The problem is they do not offer direct deposit. They told me that they are going to be switching platforms and that the new software comes with a 30-day free license but after that, they ask that all MTs pay a $250 license fee.
