Landmark Payroll - Frustrated

Does anyone have any tricks for being able to get into their payroll company's website? Ever since they got this new company, I have been unable to get in. I can count on the fingers of 1 hand the number of times I've been able to get in. I can get in 1 time, and the next time it will tell me the login failed, user ID invalid. This may be the next day when I'm told my login is invalid.

I've had my login reset numerous times. Yes, I am following directions to the letter. I keep being told that it "must be something I'm doing." I'd love to know what that is! I have tried at least 5 home computers and have even tried logging in from someone else's home. I'm very tech savvy and can get into just about anything but not payroll.

Now I am at a critical point where I am applying for something where I need to access the system. I cannot get in. I have been told that they need to dial into my computer to see what's up. Still waiting.

I'm now down to being critical for needing payroll information and copies of check stubs, and I cannot get them. Has anyone had luck contacting the actual payroll company?

EXACT same thing with me! Would log in fine, but then log in again and couldn't get in. I was told that I must be entering password wrong...I wasn't. I was then told by A that she had no trouble logging into it with my info., wasn't sure why I couldn't. I continued to try and could not.

I also needed pay stubs and I called the payroll company and they asked me for the company account number, which I did not have. I told her I would call her back. I emailed A and asked her if she was able to give me that number or if she could call the company and give them the number and ask them to call me and she told me that I had NO RIGHT calling the payroll company, that SHE said she would handle it and that was that. First time EVER she was rude to me, actually, apparently I overstepped my boundaries there.

In the end, I never got the check stubs I needed and never go the issue resolved. I no longer even try to log in there.

I was told to not contact the payroll company, as well, but I need my stubs! What choice to I have? Yes, if this company is handling my pay and I need pay stubs and then can't get into their site, that is EXACTLY who you should contact! If I can't get into Facebook, I don't contact my internet company. I send a help request to Facebook!

I keep my own accounting records as far as the pay goes, and I know that it should be close to what I have, but there have been times I've caught payroll errors. However, my records won't work for what I need. It must be official pay stubs.

Well, you can't speak to anyone at the payroll company anyway. - sm

Like I said, you have to have the company account number to even speak to someone. I even told them I was an employee and I was only concerned with MY personal business on there, but they wouldn't speak to me about anything without the number.

Tell them the urgency of you getting these and see if maybe they will log in for you and email you the stubs? I don't know of another solution.

Numerous times. Have even requested that they use connectivity software to log into my computer and then attempt to log in to the payroll site to see if its a glitch or setting. Still waiting.

Like you, I am very tech-savvy, but have had trouble on and off with the payroll site. Most times it will let me in, but last time it kept saying my PW was invalid!! (I was doing our income tax and we needed the info.) I just kept on trying and trying and finally it worked. I wish I knew something to say to help, just want you to know it happens to others as well.

I have tried and tried and tried. I was actually told to NOT try numerous times because doing so locks out our accounts, requiring A or K to unlock or unblock it.

I've tried numerous browsers, too. My closest thing has been internet explorer, and I can put in the user name and password, but then the little circles just sit there and rotate, and then it goes back to the login screen. That's the closest I've come.

I'm needing these for a refinance, so I can't NOT have them. I have to be able to prove my income.

Did you try clearing browser cache and cookies - then logging in again.. sm

Maybe that will work. You probably already tried this but thought I'd throw it out there. I don't work for Landmark, but I know sometimes if I can't log in somewhere, clearing cache and cookies will remove any saved info from previous attempts so that I'm starting with a fresh log-in attempt so to speak. That will sometimes work for me where all else fails.

see if the application process will accept copies - of your bank statements in lieu of paystub

I, too, had problems with the payroll site, but it was never an issue for me and so I just forgot about it. I got my W2 and that's all I cared about.

If you don't get it worked out so you can get copies of the pay stubs, see if who you are working with for the application process will accept copies of your bank statements showing the deposits.

...where is all this changing the dates of the quarter coming from? I took the time to logon to Enrich (shocking, I know....had to look up my password) and just downloaded the payroll calendar that is currently on there. At the bottom it clearly states that the dates for 2014 Quarter 1 are Jan 1 to March 31. Am I missing something? I want these dates to still be correct as much as anyone...just wondering where the freakout came from. I'm sure someone will just say I'm naive....fine. ...

Some KSMTs posted they got paid today, some got paid on the 1st. This tells me this was not an issue with late line counts or the payroll guru asking them to kindly roll payroll ahead a few days. Truth has to be they do not have the money available to make payroll and had to pick and choose who to pay based on the money available. I live in Chicago Illinois. Like many of you, I am production but get payed so little a line even making 160 lines an hour I make minimum wage for my "state" which is currently $8.25 (pretty sad). Anyway, Chicago is hiking the minum wage on July 1st to $10 an hour. As I live in Chicago, does anyone know if this pertains to me? Thanks in advance for answering! ...

First employee check from the company (been an IC for over 5 years, went to employee status Jan 1) and I wasn't paid for my hours, only my production which equaled less than min wage for the hours. I simply do not understand why Keystrokes employees were not informed of changes in issuing pay. Pay was usually the last day of the week if the 1st or 15th was on a weekend. If this company would have given us the new Escription whereas we can make the same or better then that would be more understandable. I have several other friends (other mtsos) that make a very good living on Escription which our old CEO (now VP over all nuance transcription) promised us.
