Keystrokes or Nuance - Confused

Somebody please help me decide. I am so confused about all of this. Trying to decide for a new company to call home. I initially was expressing interest in other companies (not mentioned too much on this message board) but now I'm shying away from them because I don't like what I've been hearing about them as some of them have been recently mentioned. Which do think is better, Keystrokes or Nuance, and why if I may ask. Please help steer me in some direction.

I know nothing about Keystrokes, but Nuance is hands down, the worst place I've EVER worked in 27 years.

I dont undetstand why you would shy away from the companies hardly mentioned here. No news is good news and appatently their workers dont much to complain about. Unless you heard something bad about their compensation, if thats the case I dont blame you.

Nuance has their own board on this site and their MTs seem to ne rather unhappy. Keysyroke is mentioned here quite a bit with mixed reviews.

That's exactly my feelings also (if not much said they must not be too bad a place to work for). I was strongly considering Cardus because you don't really hear much wrap about them, then all of a sudden there is a thread which sort of soured me a bit.

I really think its best sometimes to form your own opinoin. Just because someone else has a bad experience doesn't mean you will. You just gotta give it a shot and see how it works for you. Not speaking specifically about Cardus, but any company.

I use to work fot mmodal and loved it, had abdolutly no complaints. I only left because I got an opportunity I couldn't pass up. If I could have stayed and done PRN work I would have. But judging by their board you would think its the worst place ever. The point is, you cant nessecarily base your decision off of what you read here. You gotta see how it works for you.

According to a poster below which has apparently already attended one of the payroll meetings (as the poster posted) for nuance they have decided to keep the incentive part of all of our pay going with an exception that now you have to have over the industry standard of 98% to get a production based incentive. In addition (if this poster is accurate) they have again cut the overall pay from 8 and 4 to 3 3/4 AND 7 1/2. This is nothing but a bunch of crapploa...an MT who is now getting ...

and QA dings me for one. Unbelievable. That's what it averages for 1400 lines a day full-time. Even with 3 cups of coffee and an office chair seat belt, it's no easy feat. Ninety-thousand keystrokes PER DAY. That's not including the ADT, the Internet look-ups, etc. Throw me a bone here, QA. How many keystrokes to you do, PERFECTLY?? ...

How is it? The trainer says it is one of the easiest platforms to learn on if you've never done it. Said the threshold is set high at like 85% (not sure what that means) and it proves to be very lucrative for some. Anyone have any experience with it they could share?
