I am SO leaving this company. I was only in my first week and had two hateful and threatening interactions with their account coordinator and a QA. It was so hateful I am having a hard time shaking the conversation off. Even now after being here for a while I get conflicting answers from QA - don't leave blanks to leave blanks and don't guess. Everyday it is a go around of whether or not I will have a job in the future and this is after only a couple of weeks of being off QA status. I don't want to interact with these people any longer. There is no time to become used to an acct or dictators before for the hatefulness and threat of losing my job at any moment. I cannot and will not work for a company that treats their MTs this way

Wow, this is Keystrokes you're talking about? I have never heard anyone talk about QA issues working for Keystrokes. In my experience QA has never even been done on me to my knowledge. Instead there are major problems with insufficient work. Every one of their radiology accounts appears to be overstaffed. Also the communication is very poor, with production coordinators and their assistants not communicating with MTs.

I have a question for anyone who works or has worked for Keystrokes. I received an offer letter from them and it says the quota is so many reports per day..108 to be exact. I know some reports are very short and some are long, so I am wondering about this since I have always paid attention to my line counts and not the # of reports I was producing. Anyone have any trouble making this quota? They also informed me they pay by the line, but yet the quota is based on # of reports. I've never heard this before.

I typically type 150-160 reports per day, so not an issue. nm - RadMT

My QA had been excellent until I voiced a complaint-funny it could drop so quickly. The message was clear-no complaints will be tolerated.

One QA and one team ''lead'' condescending and on major power trips. Management does nothing about it. Hope you DO ''shake it off''. Much better companies elsewhere. Good to be gone.

I need to get off midnights. My days and nights are messed up. Other than that, I am very happy at Keystrokes too. I took the midnight shift thinking I would sleep while my kids are at school and work while they are sleeping, but instead I am the surfin' the net when I should be sleeping.

that the poster was IN their first week of work when poster received 2 emails and I took it as that was the start of the poster's problems, not that the poster had been there only 1 week and then off QA for a couple of weeks, unless I read it wrong . . . .

They just informed their employees that effective immediately they were changing the pay dates from the 3rd to the 17th. This when our payday is the first so now it is going to be late. Way to go Keystrokes! ...

I use to work for Keystrokes before and was very unsatisfied. Good Luck if you do work for them! They make working more difficult than it should be maybe it’s because of the Indian people they have their people working with. and QA dings me for one. Unbelievable. That's what it averages for 1400 lines a day full-time. Even with 3 cups of coffee and an office chair seat belt, it's no easy feat. Ninety-thousand keystrokes PER DAY. That's not including the ADT, the Internet look-ups, etc. Throw me a bone here, QA. How many keystrokes to you do, PERFECTLY?? ...

How is it? The trainer says it is one of the easiest platforms to learn on if you've never done it. Said the threshold is set high at like 85% (not sure what that means) and it proves to be very lucrative for some. Anyone have any experience with it they could share?
