Does anyone work for this company that can tell me any info on them? I have just taken the test and passed, so I am curious to what they are about ie, amounts of work, type of work, pay? TIA

how do you know that you passed? I took the test I believe on Friday and I dont believe the test told me at the end if I passed or not ?

After the 20th question on the test implying that I'm going to have conflict with my coworkers, I sort of realized that this company must have a lot of "issues" and started answering a little quicker just to be done with it.

if you have to ask the same question, how we would react to a rotten coworker, then that's a red flag right there. They reworded the same question over and over !!!

People who enjoy working without having to deal with conflict would appreciate those questions. It sounds like they aren't going to put up with nonsense. That's a very good sign. Those who are offended by it might be much happier elsewhere. Just a guess. I don't know that company, but I like the idea of those questions to weed out trouble makers.

haha, sorry to blow your theory, but I have NO problems with any of my coworkers, account managers, or team leaders. I do as I'm told, and I'm available when they need me to bail them out of backlogs and such... i dont argue with anyone; and their test , in my eyes, made it sound like a team I probably would not have wanted to be a part of... after working in a peaceful environment for the last 14 years, I am not willing to gamble on going into drama...

the email said that the first test was only part 1 of 3 .... that's a lot of time and effort into testing for a company that's probably going to offer me 4 or 5 cpl for VR and 8 cpl to type.

so can anyone verify what this company pays? With my pay cut basicaly in half this summer, I dont have the time to waste on THREE timely tests for nothing. Sad but true, double-edged sword that it is.

Sorry to say, but that is the going rate, even with 30 yrs. experience. - choctaw

The second part of the test, the objective part, is over the phone. I do not feel comfortable with tests over the phone even after 19 years of experience, so I sent a reply back that I did not want to go any further in the testing process.

I've read on here previous comments about the ILPs not having the skill set to perform straight transcription/editing, and if that's true (and I tend to believe it myself), then exactly what is their purpose in the industry? Can they churn out the line count (or way above and beyond line requirements)? Can they create/edit a document that is ready for release to clients? tell me how that works? I know the insurance premiums are less than a regular health plan. If your company puts 500 in your account, does that mean the first few times, for example, until you use up the 500, you don't pay ANYTHING or is it the opposite...you pay the entire office visit cost until you reach that 500? I think I'm losing my hearing in the "human voice" decibel range or frequency or whatever its called. I'm only 47, but in the past few years I have had trouble hearing conversation when there is ambient noise, as in a restaurant or at a party.
