Chronicle Transcripts--Anyone know if their server is down? - sms

I had logged into Apex fine and then got an error message. Now I cannot get in at all. It goes to google and tells me the link is broken.

Sorry, I can't help as I don't work for them. However, I am curious. I've been thinking about applying for this company and am wondering how they are to work for. Mostly, I'm thinking of work flow. You can e-mail me if you prefer.

ran out of work. They were the most unorganized company I think I've ever worked for. The platform was the worst (APEX) and the dictators were the bottom of the barrel (voice quality).

Especially that Apex platform, the WORST ever. They should have invested in something else by now, unless they like ripping people off. I swear I would do a whole page and be lucky to get 30 lines, total ripoff. If you do a whole page in any other platform, it is at least 40 lines. Just my opinion. It was not worth it and we ran out of work all the time. I quit after a week when I realized and could not and would not be able to make a living there.

They are slave drivers. At that time I would get a migraine at least once a month - so I couldn't work one day and they expected me to work all weekend to make up the day. They are rude people too!

month or so later I got an email about the acct I'm working on and it's going over to ASR. This doesn't get decided overnight so I think I was duped.

decent living wage at this company? I've gone through the archives and saw comments on the platform but some posts said those issues were resolved. It is possilbe to earn a good paycheck without working 18 hours a day? Do they really have nonstop work consistently or is this just a backlog situation? I have been invited to test for them, but I wonder what kind of company they are. I have IE9 and they want an older version of IE for the test (yes, the dreaded MTTest), but I am just wanting to make sure if I test and get hired, it will all be worth it in the end. Just received a job offer as an IC...the pay is pretty low at 0.575 cpl (increasing to 0.6 once off QA). Will probably accept this job as a 2nd part-time job...have another paying 0.07 cpl, but the owner doesn't pay on time and doesn't respond to my e-mails about it, either. Has anyone ever heard of having to pay $10 a month to the company for use of their server in order to download .wav files though? That seemed a little odd to me.
