I tested for them and passed and was sent an email regarding employment. I have yet to respond because they want set hours and I am used to working when I feel like it for the last 5 years. They have multiple accounts and a lot of varying shifts, offer benefits and 401k and PTO. Training is 3 days long and they pay $10/hour for that, but they do ask that you not respond/set up training if you don't intend to stay with them (another reason I haven't responded yet).

and have had a good experience thus far. Work flow has been fairly steady (with a few exceptions), they pretty much just let you work, and the accounts I've been on have had very little ESL. Yes, you are locked into a set schedule, and they just recently instituted an online timeclock.

I worked there for 2 months and couldn't take the constant nagging if I was 5 minutes late. Plus other areas of concerns too. Beware!

If you were working from home, there would be no excuse - to be late now would there?

LOL! I had to giggle at your post because having supervised at-home MT's, I've heard it all for being late to sign on and I, too, never understood how one could be late when working from home. Unless people experience traffic jams in their dwellings, I just don't get it, either. It's one thing to have an appointment (of which you've made your employer aware of and given a heads up you might be a bit signing in), there's no reason to be late working from home.

I have been with them a few months; my experience has been positive. Plenty of work,for the most part you are left alone. They do require a schedule that you set when you are hired. Simple platform, my account is straight typing. Pay twice a month, always on time. Hope this helps!!

Anyone else who is applying or already applied at Breitner? Anyone work there or previously worked there? I see they use MT Test for their testing. I did the application but have not started the actual testing yet. Gosh it would be so nice to just have to transcribe one sound file! Wishful thinking! That's not gonna happen I'm sure. Has anyone here attempted the Breitner testing? This company certainly searched high and low to find the absolute hardest reports for their testing. I am familiar with the terminology on both reports as I have done genetic reports and am familiar with these words. I accepted an offer of employment from Breitner. The same day, I received an email request for a phone interview from Amphion. I replied to Amphion, stating I had accepted the other job.
