Yes this is all quite true and wherever you work you can run into a lot of petty things. Somehow though it seemed worse to me in like these medical records settings with all women or other hospital depts with all women. But yeah, life's a battle anymore. I did work for a medical records dept for a mental health center though some time before the hospital and it was all women but I was on a temp job and it was one of the few big departments I worked in like that with all women where it didn't seem to be as bad and it was more pleasant, but again I was a temp and maybe that was the difference.
