I know in my situation I noticed the job had kept coming open before I got it, I should have known, and another lady working in there who actually used to run the department (funny) would talk about how certain ones in there who worked had "crucified" different ones that came to work there. Just unprofessional behavior really and behavior that had gone on for too long. I would say now that some of the ones I had trouble with are gone and that the hospital was bought out by another big outfit I bet things are quite a bit different now.
