I'm sorry that happened to you. And, yes, they kindly let me know that they pay her, and my issue was with her. I, too, have thought about small claims court, but it would cost me money up front and as you said, would be very time consuming. I get the feeling from my dealings with her that she is waiting on some kind of payment to come into her from any other client to be able to pay me. So, she is putting off her bills (me), which is make me put off some of mine. I am so frustrated and angry that I just want to scream.
