There is always someone who needs a job badly enough to work for less. If people don't accept it, they just find someone else to do the work, probably someone offshore. The MTSOs are desperate to hang onto accounts and have continued to undercut each other in terms of pay. Just a couple of years ago there were employee status jobs available and now there are none. Anyone who is not an IC has been left out in the cold. The clients don't care because it saves them a ton of money, and it's basically out of sight, out of mind. If you don't want the job, then don't spread negativity about it; the position has probably been filled while people were badmouthing.
